What are your gallery hours?
Freiman Stoltzfus Gallery, located at 142 North Prince Street in Lancaster, PA is open Tuesday through Saturday 10am to 5pm. On the first Friday of each month we are open 10 am to 9 pm.
Appointments can be scheduled at other times by calling 717-435-9591.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you are displeased with your purchase so we can make it right.
If I saw a painting in your gallery, but it isn't on your website is it still possible to order a print?
Often times, yes. It does take some time before Freiman's newest work is available as a print. If you can't find what you are looking for on the website, please call our gallery (717-435-9591) and we will be happy to assist you.
